1. Question: How cant I view any video files on the Internet? 1a.Answer: You might not have the right codecs to play the video or a parental content is turned on. 1b. It is a possibility that you need to update the software to play the video. Usually in this case the Divx Player would have to be updated, but not always. 2. Question: Why are all online video files loading slowly or not loading at all? 2. Answer: Your Internet connection might not be fast enough and/or your browser may not be working properly in which case we recommend downloading FireFox as it claims to be the fastest and simplest browser . 3. Question: Can I remain anonymous on-line? 3. Answer: A Proxy Server will enable you to be anonymous but it is not reliable. 4. Question: Why does this site not have a search tool? 4. Answer: We believe that our movie library is not massive so there is no need for a search function. Hint : Use Ctrl + F ( To open a browser built in search tool, only capable with some browsers) 5. Question: My forum account has been hacked. How do I retrieve the account? 5. Answer: Click on 'Forgot Your Password?' below the login. Follow the instructions and hopefully your problem will be solved. If you wish you could report what happened to the admin of the forum, CineVid Admin; who will investigate the matter. |
